Does this feel familiar?

“I know this isn’t working. How do I actually change it?”

You can be the person who holds everything together, and still feel lost in your own life.

  • You keep putting everyone else first, until you’re no longer sure what you need.
  • You know you need boundaries, but saying no leaves you feeling guilty.
  • You leave one relationship, only to find the same patterns in the next.
  • You understand why you react the way you do. You just don’t know how to respond differently.

Carla

Mother of three.
A woman who has been there.
Your coach for what comes next.

I know what it’s like to start again.

After ten years of marriage, I experienced betrayal, cheating, and divorce. I was rebuilding my life while raising three children, and trying to understand how I had lost myself along the way.

I turned to therapy, books, and podcasts. I gained understanding, but I still struggled to change the patterns playing out in my life.

Integrated Attachment Theory gave me practical tools to work on my beliefs, needs, boundaries, emotions, and communication. My experience with that work led me to become a Certified Integrated Attachment Theory Coach.

Now I help women who feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin take steps toward a different chapter.

This is coaching, not therapy. My work focuses on self-understanding, practical skills, and changing relationship patterns.

You may be wondering

Do I need to be in a relationship?

No. This work is for women who are married, separated, divorced, single, or dating. We focus on your patterns and your relationship with yourself, as well as how you relate to others.

What if I don’t know what needs to change?

You don’t have to know before we begin. Identifying what is happening, what is underneath it, and what you want to change is part of the coaching process.

Is this therapy?

No. Carla is a Certified Integrated Attachment Theory Coach, not a therapist. She offers coaching around beliefs, needs, emotional patterns, boundaries, communication, and behavior. She does not provide diagnosis, somatic repatterning, or nervous-system treatment.

What is subconscious reprogramming?

In Carla’s coaching, this means using IAT practices to work on limiting beliefs and learned responses that may be influencing your choices. The focus is on practicing new beliefs and responses in everyday situations.

What is the discovery call for?

The 1-hour discovery call is a chance to talk about what brings you here, what you would like to change, and whether Carla’s 90-day coaching program feels like a fit. You can ask questions before deciding on your next step.
